Chicken Fingers
Ingredients
- 1 c panko bread crumbs
- 3 tbsp Parmesan cheese
- 2 tbsp Italian seasoning
- 600 g chicken breast, cut into fingers
- 5 tbsp mayonnaise
Directions
- Preheat air fryer to 400° F.
- In a shallow bowl, combine panko, cheese and seasoning.
- Smother chicken pieces with mayo.
- Press chicken into panko mixture.
- Cook the chicken 5 to 6 minutes on each side, until the chicken is cooked through and crispy and golden on the outside.
